1. Fresh mature fruit ears - fresh palm fruits are collected from palm orchards, and they are sterilized with pressurized steam for about 60 minutes. The main purpose is to destroy the lipase in the pulp to prevent the free fatty acid content in the oil from increasing.

2. Remove the sterilized palm fruit from the entire palm fruit bunch. Palm fruit kernels are our main processing object. The purpose of mashing the palm fruit kernels is to tear the skin of the palm fruit kernels and mash them as much as possible. The pulp is heated at the same time to soften the pulp and destroy the cell structure of the pulp.

3. Send the mashed palm fruit pellets to palm oil press to obtain crude palm oil.

4. Because crude palm oil contains a large amount of colloids, free fatty acids, natural pigments, and other impurities, crude palm oil needs to be refined before it can be eaten.

5. The general palm oil refining process is divided into four steps, degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, and cooling and filtration.

6. The refined palm oil can be sold directly to large wholesalers, or packaged by yourself and entered directly into the local market.
