 Copra/Coconut Oil Pressing Machine:

The dry processing method refers to making oil from desiccated coconut which is commonly called copra. The coconut is firstly be cut to pieces and died to remove the moisture. To remove the body from inside the shell and then divide the copra into 'A inch pieces but do not remove the testa on the coconut meat. Let the copra thoroughly dry so that all moisture from the meat is gone.

Copra moisture: It should be controlled in 7%-10%, otherwise it is not conducive to oil extraction.

1. Crushing: Copra is big, strong and tough, unlike soybeans which break easily when moisture is low. So hammer crushing machine is needed in copra oil processing plant, and twice crushing is suggested to improve the production output.

2. Copra Flaking: The purpose of flaking is to reduce residual oil rate.

3. Copra Oil Pressing: It generally still contains small amount of big particles after crushing. So pre-pressing is suggested to reduce the oil content below 40%, and the copra can also be softened. This way can achieve the minimum power consumption, the highest oil yield, the smoothest continuous working mode, and the best oil cake quality with the lowest residual oil.

4. Oil Filter Machine: Oil filter machine is used for purifying the crude coconut oil. It utilizes a fine-mesh filtering cloth. The oil under the pressure goes through the filtrating cloth, gets out from the faucet beneath the filtrating cloth.

Rotocel Extractor: Stainless steel fixed plates are used, thus extractor has large surplus capacity, it is helpful to expand capacity in the future.

DT Desolventizer Toaster:

a. With fit steam praying method, lowering the temperature of exit vapor, largely saving steam;

b. Under the stage of air-tight, distributes direct steam with uniformity, it can make the solvent residue of final meal lower than traditional equipment;

c. In each part of the equipment, meal has the same staying time, so the quality is unified;

d. Vapor temperature can be automatic controlled by adjusting the flow rate of direct steam.

Stripper: De-solvent capacity is high, and can avoid the case of solvent residue fluctuating due to the instability of vapor; thus, volatile in crude oil is largely reduced.

 Coconut/Copra Oil Refining Machine:

Coconut Oil is light yellow color oil obtained by screw pressing/solvent extraction of dried coconuts. Coconut oil refinery is one of the most important processes in coconut oil processing. Commonly coconut oil is refined, bleached and deodorised coconut oil or RBD coconut oil, which is produced from dry coconut meat (copra).

Coconut oil processing plant mainly includes crushing section, steaming and stir frying section, extracting section, degumming section, deacidification section, decoloration section and deodorization section.
