 1. Rice Bran Pretreatment Machine:

Rice bran, a by-product of the rice milling plant, enters rice bran pretreatment plant of rice bran oil production line after the bran is separated. It is first cleaned to remove impurities. The magnetic separator selects iron impurities and enters rice bran expander for expansion. The puffed rice bran is due to moisture content. The content is relatively high and needs to be dried in chain dryer and then transported to the rice bran oil solvent extraction via a scraper.

Rice bran pretreatment machine is a series of equipment used to process rice bran. It is also an important part of rice bran oil production line. Rice bran pretreatment machine includes: rice bran separation screen, conditioner, expander and air dryer.

 2. Rice Bran Oil Solvent Extraction Plant:

Rice bran oil extraction usually adopts solvent extraction process. Rice bran oil solvent extraction method is a process that uses the principle of solid-liquid extraction, uses organic solvent (n-hexane), sprays and soaks the rice bran to make it fully contact with the rice bran, and extract the oil from the rice bran. 

The puffed and dried rice bran enters the rice bran oil solvent extraction machine to get the mixed oil, and due to the solvents with different melting points in the oil to obtain crude rice bran oil through evaporation, stripping, condensation recovery, etc. However, the crude rice bran oil contains various impurities and solvent residues during rice bran oil solvent extraction process, so the crude rice bran oil still needs to be refined.

 3. Rice Bran Oil Refinery Plant:

The rice bran oil refinery plant removes phospholipids, free fatty acids, pigments, gums, and waxes, moisture and odor substances in crude rice bran oil by a series of processes such as degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, and dewaxing, and then get the first-grade rice bran oil, which can also be called rice oil.
