 Process Flow of Rice Bran Oil Solvent Extraction Plant:

Puffed rice bran particles → Solvent extraction →Mixed oil → Evaporation →Stripping → Crude rice bran oil

                                      Rice bran contains dissolved wet meal → Steamed and removed → Finished meal

After rice bran pretreatment plant, the puffed rice bran particles enter the extractor and are extracted with organic solvents to obtain mixed oil. The solvent is evaporated through evaporation and stripping to obtain crude rice bran oil. After rice bran oil is extracted by the solvent, rice bran becomes bran meal, which is evaporated by the solvent and becomes the finished meal.

In rice bran oil solvent extraction plant, the rice bran embryos obtained from rice bran pretreatment section will enter the rice bran oil solvent extraction plant and react with organic solvents in the rotocel extractor to obtain mixed oil and wet meal. The obtained rice bran mixed oil and wet meal sequentially enter the mixed oil evaporation system and the wet meal desolvation system for desolvation, and obtain rice bran oil, dry meal and organic solvent. 

The organic solvent obtained in these two processes is recycled and reused through the condensation of the solvent recovery system. Crude rice bran oil through the solvent extraction process needs to be refining to remove impurities by rice bran oil refinery plant.
